Q: Is there a cost for this event?
A: Yes.

Instead of gifts, we ask that you put those funds toward your stay at camp. Your presence means far more to us than any present.

Q: What's the price and how do I pay?
A: It is $500 per person.
You are able to submit payment via the following link

Payment will be processed through this website to avoid the campground's higher card processing fee.
Q: What is included in the price of camp?
A: The cost of camp includes the 2 nights lodging in a cabin, 6 all you can eat meals, access to the lake, zip lines, ropes course, and all other camp amenities.

Alcohol is not included in the price, minus the wine that is served at dinner.

Club Getaway has expressly disallowed attendees to bring their own alcohol
Q: Will childcare be available?
A: We're planning on it!

We're currently figuring out a proper schedule for the weekend with the camp coordinators, and will update accordingly.
​
Currently we're anticipating childcare to be available for a few 1-2 hour periods throughout the day.
Q: When will I RSVP?
A: Your first payment at the following page will be considered your "RSVP" for the event.
Q: How do cabin assignments work?
A: Most of the cabins that are reserved for our group are 2-person cabins. This means that if you are a group of two then you'll more than likely have a duo cabin.
If you are not a group of two then we will put you in a 4-person cabin based on what we know about you and who else is attending.
Q: Should I expect to see any of the Bucy-Thompson family members over the weekend?
A: Camp Bucy-Thompson is geared towards the relationships we've built during our time together in college. As such, we've decided invite the "younger crowd" to this celebration of ours.
